The Original Allman's Beer Cheese, "The Beer Cheese That Started It All". Our beer cheese is made in small batches by Johnny's grandson Ian Allman and his wife Angie. It is made just like it used to be at Johnny Allman's Restaurants on the KY river back in the late 1930's up through the end of the 1970's. We're proud to bring back to you the Allman family recipe.
We became an award winner in the 2nd annual Beer Cheese Festival held in Winchester, Kentucky on June 12, 2010.
