"The Beer Cheese That Started It All".

Allman's Beer Cheese is a family tradition that has spanned over 70 years. It is prepared in small batches by Johnny Allman's grandson Ian and his wife Angie. Ian is the third generation of Allman's to prepare his family's renowned recipe. Many folks remember Johnny Allman and his various restaurants, especially those located on the Kentucky River near Boonesborough. It was at his first restaurant, The Driftwood Inn where Johnny first served his cousin Joe Allman's "Snappy Cheese".
